No cooperation without settled conflict, Azeri leader states

All-round cooperation is impossible in the region as long as the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict remains unsettled Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated at the international conference “2010 parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan: more democracy, more transparency,” reported Azertag.
He reported the participants of the recent talks over the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh problem through the OSCE Minsk Group’s mediation.Speaking of the EU Eastern Partnership, Aliyev stated Azerbaijan’s willingness for long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation with European agencies.
The EU member, Vice-Chairman of the Regional Development Committee and Rapporteur of the Foreign Relations Committee for the South Caucasus, member of the Euronest delegation Evgeny Kirilov stated that the EU is ready to contribute to the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process.
