Azerbaijan started violating ceasefire frequently

The number of ceasefire violations by Azerbaijani side increased dramatically in Q1 2010 due to Baku’s active warlike propaganda, First Deputy Commander of NKR Defense Army, major-general Levon Mnatsakanyan said at the sitting of the NKR Defense Military Council.
The issues on improving of combat alert at the forefront and construction of field works, as well as short-term plans were in focus at the sitting attended by NKR defense army generalship and heads of departments.
