visa regime with Turkey:

While Turkey and Azerbaijan are holding talks to lift the visa regime bilaterally, Baku has already decided to lift the current simplified visa regime with Turkey, reports Turkish news website Internathaber.
This means that from now on Turkish citizens instead of getting their visas at an Azerbaijani airport upon arrival will have before visiting Azerbaijan obtain the visas at Azerbaijan’s embassy in Turkey.
Other Turkish sources mention that Baku’s move has sent shockwaves in Turkey and may negatively affect the relations between the two “brother” states.
