Erdogan called Turkish diplomats

At the annual meeting with Turkish Ambassadors in Ankara, Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan called on the diplomats to protect national interests of the country more actively.
“Today Turkey is not the country it was 20 years ago. This is a rapidly developing country which is heard by everyone. We should take an active part in combat with terrorism and in other issues,” Erdogan said, Turkish media reports.
Premier also touched upon Armenian cause, “We cannot be responsible for the past, we must think of future and if we face injustice we should react stiffly on it.”
“Do not fear anything, you have been appointed to these positions to defend Turkey's interests and be always sure that the state, the government and people will always support you”, he added.
